House rules General - fishing waters HSV Ons Genoegen - Oss:
These conditions of the association apply as clarification of, or specific addition to, the conditions of the VISpas and apply to all waters of H.S.V. Ons Genoegen - Oss.
1.The Fishing license (VISpas) is the property of the association.
2.You are obliged to immediately hand over the VISpas and any night fishing licence for inspection when requested to do so by the inspectors.
3.Three-rod fishing is not allowed at our association.
4.Night fishing is only allowed with a night fishing licence of HSV Ons Genoegen - Oss on the designated fishing waters and corresponding night fishing zones. See fishing waters.
5.Persons under 16 years of age may only go night fishing when accompanied by a person who is at least 16 years old.
6.The hologram stickers of Sportvisserij Nederland for the third rod permission and night fishing permission, are not valid on the fishing waters of HSV Ons Genoegen - Oss.
7.Association activities have priority over granted permission.
8.The association shall not be liable for theft and/or any damage suffered.
9.Aggression towards volunteers of our association will not be tolerated.
10.Noise and/or excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.
11.It is forbidden to enter any park, parkland or green belt with a car and/or trailer.
12.The use of a camouflage / green-coloured shelter is allowed and must not obstruct other users.
13.Open fire at the water's edge is not allowed (with the exception of camping cooker / gas burner).
14.It is forbidden within the built-up area in a public place to do your natural need outside designated places.
15.It is forbidden to fish with braided main line (except predatory fish).
16.It is forbidden to use a trawl (except for inland canal or organised club competitions).
17.The use of an unhooking mat and landing net is compulsory when fishing with a trolling pole.
18.It is not allowed to use a storage bag/sling.
19. Fish must be weighed in a weighing bag intended for this fishery.
20.All actions such as unhooking, weighing, measuring and photographing carp is only allowed on/above an unhooking mat.
21.All fish must be returned undamaged and immediately, after any photograph, alive to the same water.
22.Taking and/or killing fish will result in immediate expulsion of the member!
23.It is obligatory to leave the fishing spot clean after use.
24.The use of a boat is not allowed, except for a radio-controlled boat powered by a battery.
25.The distance from the angler to the rod(s) is maximum 10m.
